One of the FIRM's main forte is in the field of Infrastructure Transactional Dispute. The FIRM's field of expertise is in highway infrastructure, concessions and land acquisitions.

The FIRM also has a very strong Real Estate Department that handles a myriad of matters ranging from property development documentation, advisory work with matters relating to housing development, projects, banking and financial services to basic matters like tenancies and leases.

In addition, the FIRM also provides a wide range of company and commercial law services covering cross border joint ventures and corporate finance transactions. The FIRM has advised companies on many corporate matters ranging from the launching of satellites, oil and gas related advisory, energy producing companies and also foreign acquisitions.
