The FIRM has also acted as Malaysian Counsel for Herbert Smith Freehills Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. In addition, the FIRM also assists Herbert Smith Freehills with local Counsel sign off.

The FIRM also advises the Singapore firm of K&L Gates Straits Law LLP and JusJuris LLC with Malaysian law matters.

Recently the FIRM acted as Malaysian Counsel in a multi transactional deal involving Drew & Napier, LLC Singapore.
